Hello. My name is Rose, and I'm a Foodaholic. I don't want to go into depth with that, I'll let you guys take my word for it, hehe.
One of my biggest problems is I get sick of [healthy] food easily, and I go onto something new - so when I try things that are somewhat healthy for me, I stick to it, until I'm eventually sick of it. So it's hard for me to stay on a diet when I'm so picky and I'm extravegent(sp?) with my food.
Another is procrastination. I'm currently not working or going to school so this poses as a problem with a routine that isn't a very good one. When I work or goto school, I get up early, eat some eggs and have a banana shake. Since I have no reason to get up early anymore I sleep in and when I get food it's usually a burger.
My mother recently got us these work out tapes that seem to be very good, but again, without a good routine I get lazy and don't feel like doing it. So I've been job hunting left and right hoping to get hired and get back into a good schedule.
Though I have cut down on alot of things, I still need to completely elliminate fatty [fast] food completely. Are there any fast food places you guys go where you can get something [somewhat] healthy ? That isn't salad - because, unfortunately I'm extremely picky with dressing and I have to have a specific ranch or I can't eat salad. It's weird.
Anyway with the workout came a complete kit, vitimins and a food chart - so I scanned the food chart for you guys so you can see what's good to eat and what you need to cut down on [and eventually ellminate]. And I may be the only one who didn't know but, margarine is just as bad as butter - so why do they even make margarine ?
