I seem to have a sugar addiction. Not sure when it happened, but it's very specific: sugary carbs. Cravings for cheesecake, cookies, brownies... mmmmm. And, you know, it's not healthy to eat that everyday. So I don't. But when I get these cravings, is there something on the healthier side that kind of hits the spot?

Maybe some jello? or low fat pudding. My mom was on the atkins diet and made a cheesecake without the crust and used splenda it was actually good! Or ever thought about a smoothie? Or just limit you intake on the good stuff instead of a whole brownie eat half..just enough to get over the craving..:)
