I seem to have a sugar addiction. Not sure when it happened, but it's very specific: sugary carbs. Cravings for cheesecake, cookies, brownies... mmmmm. And, you know, it's not healthy to eat that everyday. So I don't. But when I get these cravings, is there something on the healthier side that kind of hits the spot?
