I think it is a good idea to start off this community by introducing ourselves. I am Amanda from North Carolina. I decided to start this community because of my need to diet, while staying healthy and exercising. I am 5ft2 and 150 pounds. My goal is to become at LEAST average weight for my short height...which is around 115. I need to lose 35 pounds and I hope that having this community can help me accomplish my goals! :D

Hey sweets. I am 5 2 and weight a little bit more than you do right now. I actually look very good at 150 pounds and feel good at it, too. I have never had an overwhelming urge to get down to 115 or 120. I'd be happy at 140. You know what is weird though? Since I have full hips and I'm a pear shape, my stomach is pretty flat at 150 and the junk is in the trunk! I gotta scan a pic of me at 150. Weight comes off my stomach first. I wish I could get my upper arms toned, but I gave up on my butt many years ago. It's just never going to be small, lol. I'm just not built that way. I have hips liek Julia Sawalha. I'm having a hard time with the tummy right now. I have lost in the arms and some in the chest (thank GOODNESS!) But yeah, I will keep trying on the tumtum! ;)
